On April 29th, 2021 the process that has been utilized regarding EFEL was extended again, this time until May 7th, 2021. In addition to the updated memo the Office of Personnel Management also released their guidelines on the use of EFEL. It is currently being reviewed by the APWU at the national level and they will be discussing it with the APWU attorneys. Additional information will be coming soon, possibly as soon as tomorrow.
